FAQ
In General
We know that many questions can arise when buying furniture online, so we have tried to answer the most frequently asked questions we receive as best we can.
Where are your products produced?
All Cut By Cut products are Made in Denmark. Every piece is meticulously crafted with precision in our own workshop in Aarhus, Denmark. You can read more about our philosophy and process on our About Us page.
What kind of wood do you use?
We exclusively use the finest, hand-selected, FSC-certified hardwoods. Our primary collection features Oak, Ash, Walnut, and Teak. This certification is your guarantee that the wood comes from responsibly managed forests.
Do you have a physical showroom or store?
No, not at this time. Cut By Cut is primarily an online brand, which allows us to focus 100% on the quality and craftsmanship in our workshop. We provide high-resolution photos, detailed descriptions, and videos on our product pages to help you make your choice.

How can I track the status of my order?
We will keep you informed every step of the way via email. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your purchase, and a second email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched from our workshop.
